YQCA is mandatory for all exhibitors who bring the following animals to the fair: YQCA must be completed by June 1st and must be entered into FairEntry.
**Exhibitors of the Eau Claire County Livestock Project MUST have YQCA completed and submitted by April 1, 2025.**
- Beef
- Dairy
- Goat
- Rabbit
- Poultry
- Sheep
- Swine
Cats, dogs, horses, and small animal exhibitors are exempt from this requirement.
